1. North on 101, through Petaluma.
2. Just before Rohnert Park you will turn off 101 onto 116 WEST (Gravenstein Hwy). At the bottom of the ramp go left.  Note: There are two 116 exits about 5 miles apart (one goes toward Sonoma/Napa, one goes toward Sebastapol) you want to take the second one (after Petaluma) that goes West towards Sebastopol.
3. You will pass through Sebastopol, Graton, Forestville, Summerhome Park and then finally pass over the Russian River into Guerneville.
4. At the end of the bridge into Guerneville make sure to turn left (west).  This is a continuation of 116 where it turns west towards the ocean.
5. Continue on 116/River Road through Guerneville, Northwood and Monte Rio.
6. Continue past Monte Rio on 116/River Road and travel about 3 miles.
7. You will pass over Austin Creek on a concrete bridge.
8. Turn right onto Cazadero Hwy.  If you missed the turn and reach Duncan Mills go back and turn left onto Cazadero Hwy.
9. Travel 2.3 miles. 
10. The home is on right (the creek) side of the road.  The mailbox is white with big 2320 letters.

1. North on 101 towards Santa Rosa.
2. Continue through Santa Rosa.
3. After you pass through Santa Rosa you will pass the Luther Burbank Center (on the right) and then see a sign for Guerneville and the Russian River Resort area. 
4. Turn off at River Road and go West (left) onto River Road.
5. Pass through vineyards, hills, Korbel, Guerneville, Northwood, Monte Rio.
6. After Monte Rio you will continue on 116/River Road and travel about 3 miles.
7. You will pass over Austin Creek on a concrete bridge.
8. Immediately past the bridge you will see the sign for Cazadero. 
9. Turn right onto Cazadero Hwy.  If you missed the turn and reach Duncan Mills go back and turn left onto Cazadero Hwy.
10. Travel 2.3 miles. 
11. The home is on right (the creek) side of the road.  The mailbox is white with big 2320 letters.
